Each member organization  and Clann na nGael as a group makes a monetary contribution to one or more charitable organizations on Proclamation Day.

Proclamation Day is usually the Friday before St. Patrick’s Day. It is the day we honor  our member organization honorees and present monies to Central Ohio charities at Columbus City Council Chambers prior to the Painting of the Green, painting the Shamrocks at Broad and High Streets for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
